Lots of people diet to lose weight. Some try to eat less fat. Others eat less protein, or less carbohydrates (sugar). Today, a new study in the New England Journal showed the most important thing is just eating less calories.
What are the best foods to eat if you want to lose weight and be healthy?
Whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food and fried food and eat fewer calories of the other stuff.
